1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

OVERVIEW

This 1969 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is powered by a professionally rebuilt 350ci V8 bored .030 over into a 355ci engine, which is believed to be the original block. It comes with a variety of new parts, such as forged pistons, a .447 lift cam, a steel crankshaft, ported and polished aluminum intake, and a four-barrel carburetor. Features include the original and recently rebuilt four-speed Muncie M21 manual transmission, power steering, power brakes, and removable T-top panels. Finished in red with black striping over a black vinyl interior with cloth inserts, this C3 Corvette is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear Florida title.

EXTERIOR - FEATURES

The exterior has been finished in red with a ZL1-style black accent stripe. Features include chrome bumpers, retractable headlights, rocker trim, removable body-color T-top panels, a rear deck fuel filler, and quad taillights with integrated reverse lights. A new weatherstripping kit has been installed.

EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES

A set of silver steel Chevrolet Rally wheels with stainless trim rings and center caps is wrapped in P235/60R15 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.

INTERIOR - FEATURES

The bucket seats are upholstered in black vinyl with black cloth inserts. Features include black interior trim and door panels, black carpeting, manual windows, a black center console with a four-speed manual shifter, a black vinyl dashboard, a three-spoke sport steering wheel with a black grip, and an aftermarket AM/FM/cassette digital stereo.

INTERIOR - GAUGES

A 160-mph speedometer, 7K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage are mounted ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 60,605 miles but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power is provided by a professionally rebuilt 350ci V8 that has been bored .030 over into what the seller believes is the original 355ci block producing a reported 425 horsepower. That is backed by the original, recently rebuilt Muncie M21 four-speed manual transmission. Underhood features include power steering and brakes, black aluminum valve covers, a chrome air cleaner, a chrome alternator, and braided hose covers. The selling dealer states that new parts installed include the flat-top forged pistons, connecting rods, steel crankshaft, a .447 lift cam, vacuum system, stainless steel valves, ported and polished aluminum intake, four-barrel carburetor, fuel lines, electronic ignition, and four-core radiator. UNDERCARRIAGE

This Corvette is factory-equipped with a four-wheel independent suspension and a rear drive axle. Braking is provided by disc brakes. The selling dealer states that the ball joints, gas tank, and exhaust system are new.
