This 1964 Chevrolet K10 stepside 4x4 pickup received a fresh coat of Cream White paint, refinished wood bed planks, and a reupholstered interior in June 2021, receiving power from a mechanically-sorted 350ci V8 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. This pickup has resided long-term in a desert climate and features a rust-free body and undercarriage, having been recently treated to maintenance of both the cooling system and fuel system. Finished in Cream White over a brown vinyl bench seat, this first-generation C/K-Series K10 is now offered with documentation, the original California black license plates, and a clear title in the seller’s name.
Chevrolet’s C/K-Series of pickups launched for the 1960 model year using a drop-center ladder frame and an independent front suspension. In 1964, the cab was modified with the elimination of the wrap-around windshield and a new front grille design. This example from that model year features a shortbed stepside body style and is finished in a fresh coat of Cream White paint that was applied in June 2021 over a rust-free body. The doors and various metal sections were replaced to ensure straight fitment, and brightwork includes the factory front bumper, grille, emblems, and door handles. The windshield was replaced along with associated rubber seals, and the wood planks in the bed were also replaced along with associated hardware. The rear of this pickup has a tailgate embossed with Chevrolet lettering and a refinished diamond-plate bumper.
Chrome-finished aftermarket wheels are wrapped in six-year-old BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A raised-white-letter tires with good tread remaining. The 4x4 system is activated via manual front wheel locks, and recent maintenance has included replacement of the front differential seal and front universal joints, replacement of wheel bearings, and an overhaul of the braking system.
The interior is fitted with a reupholstered brown vinyl bench seat, refinished gray-painted metal door panels, and replacement black carpeting. A modern Pioneer head unit provides audio.
Instrumentation is provided by factory gauges with a 100-mph speedometer, coolant temperature gauge, fuel level gauge, and warning lights for voltage and oil pressure. Three additional aftermarket gauges are installed in a mount beneath the dash. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 10k miles, and the true reading is believed to be 110k per the seller. The speedometer cable is currently non-operational, and true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The replacement 350ci V8 features a four-barrel Edelbrock carburetor and chrome-finished components for the valve covers and air cleaner. A basic service was performed within the last month per the seller, and the fuel sending unit, fuel tank, and radiator received maintenance. Power is fed to all four wheels via a 4-speed manual transmission, and a 12-bolt differential with 3.73 gears is featured at the rear.

The sale includes a file of documentation and the California black and yellow license plates.
