This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS hardtop was subject to a two-year frame-off restoration that was completed in 2017 and encompassed a complete refurbishment of the drivetrain, suspension, braking system, body, and interior. Work that was performed is documented in detailed photographs and service records, and this F-body Camaro is presented as a true RS/SS that is powered by a replacement, date-correct small block 350ci V8 paired with a rebuilt factory Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. Equipment includes Rallye wheels with BFGoodrich tires, air conditioning, a Bluetooth radio, and more. Finished in Bolero Red with white accents over a reupholstered red and black vinyl interior, this first-generation Camaro is located in Mary Esther, Florida, and is now offered with restoration documentation and a clear Florida title in the seller’s name.
The Camaro muscle car launched in 1967 on the semi-unibody General Motors F-body platform, available as a two-door hardtop and convertible. This Camaro from that initial model year is a true RS/SS model and was the recipient of a frame-off rotisserie restoration in 2017 with a documented parts list available. Packaging includes hideaway headlights, a lower front air dam, non-functional hood inlets, and a dual exhaust system at the rear. A fresh coat of Bolero Red was applied along with white striping around the hood and SS badging throughout. Brightwork includes new chrome mirrors, rocker panel moldings, window trim, and additional exterior accents in excellent condition. The seller has provided photos in the carousel of the complete restoration process.
Silver-painted steel 15” Rallye wheels with chrome trim rings and center caps are wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A raised-white-letter tires. The suspension was overhauled at the time of restoration in 2017 including replacement of the upper and lower control arm bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, shocks, leaf springs, and more. The braking system was similarly upgraded with new shoes, pads resurfaced rotors, and stainless-steel lines throughout.
The deluxe interior is fitted with reupholstered red vinyl fold-forward bucket seats with black accent striping, split by a center console and color-matched to the door panels, dash, carpeting, and replacement floor mats. Amenities include a newer retro-style Bluetooth radio, air conditioning, and a vinyl trunk mat.
Instrumentation is centered around a 120-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and accompanying gauges in the center stack for fuel level, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 62k miles, although true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The replacement, date-correct 350ci V8 is topped by a chrome-finished air cleaner and features .030 pistons, a polished crankshaft, and correct lifters. The engine received a new Edelbrock intake and AVS carburetor last month and has additional service records which can be found in the Power is sent to the rear wheels via a newer clutch set and a rebuilt Muncie 4-speed manual transmission.
Photos showing the underside are available in the carousel.
The sale includes restoration documentation.

@Flsts – Hi Hunter27…I don’t know of any reason my Camaro would not be able to do a cross country trip like that. All fluid systems have been recently changed and all the drivetrain components are like new. The car drives straight and true and runs flawlessly! You are more than welcome to come and see it anytime. You can call me @ 850-581-2315 to arrange inspection. Thanks for your interest. Jim ...
Thanks Will be in touch. Hunter27
@Hunter27 – I live near Mary Esther and may want to look at car before bidding. I have storage in Ar. though and although nothing can be predicted. We would like to drive it the 800 miles to my storage in Ar., and register there since I have several "collectors" there. Is there anything to your knowledge that would prevent me from attempting a trip like that ? Of course if I view , I could change my mind and ship ! But any help or your opinion is appreciated. Thx. Looks like a nice drive/local show quality here. Also where can I find your address, phone number to connect from Navarre Beach ? Newer member. HUNTER27 ...
