This 1929 Ford Model A 5-window coupe is a steel-bodied hot rod with fiberglass fenders that is powered by a 350ci V8 paired with a Turbo-350 automatic transmission. Equipment includes AM/FM radio, air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, chrome wheels, and radial tires. Finished in beige over a tan tweed and vinyl interior, this Model A is offered on a clean Maryland title in the seller's name
This Ford steel body is finished in Beige and features custom taillights and lower bodywork on the rear, and brightwork on the headlight buckets. Aftermarket turn signals are mounted on the ends of the frame rails and a visor is mounted above the windshield. The sides feature shaved door handles, louvers on the hood sides, and fiberglass fenders.
Billet 5-spoke wheels are wrapped in Michelin radial tires. The suspension consists of a transverse spring and straight axle setup in the front and coilovers in the rear, while braking is handled by discs in the front.
The interior is upholstered in tan tweed and vinyl with two bucket seats in front, with matching door panels and dashboard. Features power windows, a modern stereo with speakers in the kick panels and rear compartment, and air conditioning
A billet aluminum overlay surrounds the gauge cluster, running the full length of the dash. Instrumentation includes a centrally mounted 120-mph speedometer, along with various other gauges. A billet aluminum wheel with a wood rim is mounted to a tilt steering column with a polished shift lever for the automatic transmission. The odometer reads 9,000 since completion of the restoration however true mileage on the body is unknown.
Power comes from a 350ci V8 is paired with a Turbo-350 automatic transmission. Polished Billet accents are found on the air cleaner, and accessory drive, while finned aluminum valve covers are equipped. Recent maintenance includes an oil and oil filter change in February of 2021.
The underside suspension and driveline components are finished in tan, matching the exterior, including coilovers, rear axle, front axle, and suspension mounting points. The bottom of the cab and trunk are covered by custom stainless steel skid plates.
