This 1950 Dodge B-1F 1.5-ton truck has spent most of its life stored indoors and is powered by the 218ci straight-six mated to a 3-speed manual transmission. The truck benefits from new brakes and tires, and the dump mechanism is reported to be fully functional. This "pilot-house" has been with the seller for nine years and is offered with a clear Colorado title in the seller's name.
Black front fenders accent the red exterior finish, which is reported to have a few minor dents on the cab roof and top of the hood, as well as small rust spots in the bottom corners of both doors. The seller states that the turn signals are aftermarket units and are not working.
The 1.5-ton truck has a 128-inch wheelbase and wears a fresh set of 7.50"x20" Power King tires. Per the seller, the dump bed is functional, and the brakes were overhauled approximately three years ago.
Black upholstery covers the bench seat and upper door panels, and the remainder of the cab is finished in red. Tape is covering a seatback tear, and the rubber floor covering is cracked. The original jack and tools will go with the truck.
A Mopar Model 61 heater is fitted with a horizontal bezel housing temperature, voltage, and fuel gauges. The odometer, located within the 80-mph speedometer, shows under 77k miles. True mileage is unknown.
Power is provided by the original 218ci straight-six, and it is paired with a 3-speed manual transmission. The motor recently received a tune-up.
Additional photos showing the condition of the undercarriage are provided in the gallery.
