This 1997 Toyota Land Cruiser features a custom two-tone repaint in its original Emerald Green over white with gold pinstripes. It has its original glass and is equipped with a front towing rack and auxiliary lightning. The gray interior is equipped with the Leather Trim Package, front bucket seats, and stow-away third-row seating as well as air conditioning, tinted power windows, a tilt steering column, and the factory optional nine-speaker audio system. Power is provided by the original 1FZ-FE 4.5-liter inline-six engine, which is paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case for the four-wheel-drive system. The sale of this vehicle includes an owner’s manual; maintenance, repair, and mechanical inspection receipts; the uninstalled original AC control panel; and a clear California title in the seller’s name.
It has a custom two-tone exterior that was repainted in its original Emerald Green and white with gold pinstripes and emblems. The seller describes the paint as being in excellent condition with no swirls or orange peel and only a few minor blemishes. All exterior lighting is functional and the original glass is reportedly in good condition. Features include a WAAG front towing rack, auxiliary lighting, and a leak-free power sliding sunroof.
It rides on five-spoke silver wheels wrapped in Michelin LTX M/S 275/70R16 tires, with receipts indicating they were replaced by the previous owner.
The gray interior features the Leather Trim Package with front power bucket seats and stow-away third-row seating. Additional equipment includes aftermarket Land Cruiser fitted floor mats, the original leather-wrapped steering wheel, a tilt steering column, tinted power windows, and a remote alarm with two key fobs. The air conditioning’s clutch relay and control panel have been replaced. The factory optional nine-speaker audio system is missing the bass adjustment knob, but still functions. The driver seat has small rips and cracking; the headliner has a functioning dome light and does not sag.
The instrumentation on the dashboard includes a 130-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and a six-digit odometer that indicates 300,792 miles. It also has coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel gauges.
Under the hood is the original 1FZ-FE 4.5-liter 24-valve twin-cam I6. It is connected to a starter, an alternator, battery with new cables, and an accessory belt drive that are reported to have been replaced. A four-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel-drive system with a dual-range transfer case send the engine's output to the road. The vehicle passed its emissions inspection in March of 2021.
The CARFAX report indicates an accident in October of 2009 that damaged the right rear area of the vehicle, but did not deploy the airbags. The sale of this vehicle includes the owner’s manual, maintenance and repair receipts, the uninstalled original AC control panel, and the receipt for the recently passed AAA-certified 177-point mechanical inspection with synthetic oil change.
