This 2005 Dodge Viper SRT-10 roadster is #22 of 200 Mamba Editions and features a black leather interior with Preferred Suede inserts and red accent stitching and trim panels. It comes equipped with fog lights, side-mounted exhaust outlets, a manual folding fabric top with a glass rear window, a push-button starter, and adjustable pedals. The vented hood covers an 8.3-liter V10 that routes its power through a 6-speed manual gearbox and the rear polished forged aluminum wheels. Available now from a dealer, this third-generation Viper comes finished in silver with a clean Carfax report and a clear title.
Launched in 2003, the ZB I version of the Dodge Viper featured more angular bodywork with reaction injection-molded fenders, a more powerful 10-cylinder engine, and a new suffix: SRT-10. This particular 2005 Viper is finished in Bight Silver Metallic Clear Coat and comes with fog lights mounted on both sides of its cross-hair grille, a hood with a center scoop and two sets of functional vents, and side-mounted exhaust outlets. A black clamshell-style fabric top with a glass rear window can be used to cover the passenger compartment.
The car rolls on polished forged-aluminum wheels that measure 18" X 10" in the front and 19" X 13" in the rear and a set of Michelin tires.
Dodge furnished the Mamba Edition with black leather bucket seats with Preferred Suede inserts and red accent stitching as well as red accents on the door panels, lower dashboard, three-spoke steering wheel, shift knob, emergency brake handle, and center console. Equipment includes a push-button starter, power mirrors and windows, air conditioning, a six-disc CD changer, and Alpine speakers.
The main bank of white-dialed gauges consists of a 7k-rpm tachometer, a 220-mph speedometer, and a fuel gauge. Matching auxiliary instruments in the center stack show the oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and battery voltage. The digital odometer at the bottom of the speedometer indicates 6,202 miles, which is consistent with the last mileage reading on the Carfax report of 6,101 miles in August of 2020.
Power is provided by a naturally aspirated 8.3-liter V10 that generated 500 horsepower and 525 lb-ft of torque when new. A short-throw 6-speed manual gearbox and the rear wheels transmit the engine's output to the pavement.
Suspension hardware includes aluminum upper and lower control arms, aluminum front and rear coilovers, and front and rear stabilizer bars.
The selling dealer will charge a $100 service fee in addition to the selling price of the vehicle.
