This 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Pro Touring build has several upgrades, including a 454ci V8 crate engine equipped with a Holley Sniper EFI system and Hedman Husler headers, a built 700R4 automatic transmission, LED headlights, a Bluetooth-compatible stereo with a trunk-mounted subwoofer, power steering and Wilwood disc brakes with hydro-boost, front and rear coil-over shocks, and 18-inch American Racing wheels. Its new black TMI custom leather interior is equipped with Dakota Digital gauges, Vintage Air heat and air conditioning, an Ididit tilt steering column, and a B&M shifter. This Candy Apple Red Camaro is available now and comes with documentation and a clear South Carolina title in the seller's name.
The body was painted Candy Apple Red in approximately 2018 under previous ownership. It features a front chin spoiler, chrome front and rear bumpers, SS badging, LED headlights, a cowl induction-style hood, and a rear spoiler. One of the three videos below shows an exterior walkaround of the vehicle.
A set of 18-inch American Racing Wheels are wrapped in low-profile tires. New four-wheel Wilwood disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors along with a hydro-boost setup provide stopping power.
The new cabin is furnished with black carpeting, a black dashboard, door panels with window cranks, front and rear leather TMI sport seating accented with black microfiber inserts and chrome and red button details. A black leather-wrapped aftermarket steering wheel tops an Ididit tilt steering column. Shifting is handled by a B&M shifter.
An aftermarket Bluetooth-compatible stereo head unit plays through kick panel- and rear deck-mounted speakers and a subwoofer located in the trunk. The original dash gauge bezels house Dakota Digital analog gauges. The controls for the Vintage Air climate control system are located above the stereo. Aftermarket lock strikers and vents are visible in the door jambs.
The original engine has been replaced with a 454ci big block V8 equipped with a Holley Sniper EFI system, a March Performance pulley system, Hedman Husler headers, and a three-inch exhaust setup. A hydro-boost system for the power steering and brakes has been added as well as stainless braided lines for the air conditioning and steering. A matte black air cleaner, valve covers, and inner fender wells contrast with the chrome alternator, power steering reservoir, master cylinder, and AC compressor. An electric fan cools the aluminum radiator and AC condenser. A built 700R4 automatic transmission sends the engine's output to the road. In the videos below, the car is shown starting up and idling.
Updated chassis components include a 12-bolt limited-slip rear end with a Moser cover, a Heidts four-link rear suspension, front and rear coilovers, tubular upper and lower control arms, and a front sway bar. According to the seller, all exposed underbody surfaces have been powdercoated. Additional photos of the underbody are in the picture carousel to the right.
The seller states the body is rust-free and that the car is kept in a climate-controlled garage. Documentation is included with the purchase of the vehicle.
