This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette convertible was previously restored to factory-correct specifications and is powered by a numbers-matching Turbo-Fire 327ci V8 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, according to the seller who has owned the car for the past seven years. Features include refinished brightwork, newer Firestone tires, and an AM/FM radio. Refinished in Silver Blue with a black top over a black vinyl interior, this C2 Corvette is now offered with documentation and a clear Kansas title in the seller’s name.
The second-generation Corvette had a fiberglass body and was offered in two-door coupe and convertible configurations. Under previous ownership, this Corvette drop-top from that initial year was treated to a restoration with an emphasis on factory-specification finishes and equipment. The body was repainted correct Silver Blue and capped off with a replacement black retractable top. Additional features include hidden quad headlights, faux hood vents, and a dual exhaust system at the rear. Brightwork is located on the split bumpers, rocker moldings, handles, badging, and other accents.
Steel 15-inch wheels with full covers and knock-off spinner caps are wrapped in Firestone thin-whitewall tires. The suspension uses a fully independent setup at the front and rear. Braking comes from four-wheel drums.
The two-bucket interior is outfitted with reupholstered black vinyl seating that matches the lap belts, door panels, dash, floor mats, and carpeting. Features include a vertically mounted AM/FM push-button radio, an analog clock, and a Corvette insignia on the passenger side of the dash.
Instrument data is delivered via a 160-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, voltage, and coolant temperature. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 63K miles, but true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The reportedly numbers-matching 327ci Turbo-Fire V8 was rated at 250 horsepower when new. Power is fed to the rear wheels via a reportedly numbers-matching 4-speed manual transmission.
Additional photos showing the underside of the car are available in the gallery to the right.

Good Morning, I do have a picture of the Vin Number on the car. i am not in my home city right now to get a picture of the engine match. I can GUARANTEE you I have matched them before I bought the car and several times more ALL the numbers match perfectly. That was a major criteria for me when I bought this car and probably 10-12 others throughout the years. This Corvette is truly a pure classic. Whoever buys it will not be disappointed. I love the car but just getting up in years and trying to download some of my collection. Buffksu
