1960 Jaguar Mark II

This refinished 1960 Jaguar Mark II comes equipped with newer leather upholstery, an upgraded AM/FM radio with hands-free call capability, a recently installed air conditioning system, and a 3.8-liter inline-6 engine backed by a replacement 3-speed automatic transmission. Other features include wood interior trim, dual exhaust, 4-wheel disc brakes, and driving lights. This Old English White Jaguar sedan with a black interior is available now and comes with a clear title from the selling dealer.

The body underwent a color change to Old English White and features stainless beltline trim that runs from the leading edge of the hood to the back bumper, chrome and stainless accents, and emblems. A chrome front bumper with bumper guards is mounted below the driving lights, headlights, and vertical chrome bar grille. The Jaguar leaper hood ornament is mounted at the leading edge of the hood. At the rear, a chrome bumper with bumper guards is mounted below the vertical taillights and a black antique vehicle license plate.

A gray headliner can be found above the front bucket seats and full-width rear seat, which are covered in reportedly new black leather upholstery. The front seats have flip-down wooden trays mounted to the seatbacks. The rear seat has a flip-down center armrest. The black upholstery carries onto the front and rear door panels that house chrome exit and manual window crank handles. Gloss burl wood accents can be found on the door panel tops, center console cup holders, and dashboard. The carpet is black throughout and topped with black carpet floormats with Jaguar logos. The dashboard and center console contain the climate controls, lighting switches, a speaker, a glove box, and an upgraded AM/FM radio with auxiliary port charging and hands-free calling capabilities. The black steering column is topped with a black 2-spoke steering wheel with a black leather grip and chrome half horn ring. A chrome Jaguar wire wheel wrapped in a blackwall radial, the relocated battery, and jacking tools are mounted in the trunk.

The Smiths gauges in the dashboard include a 140-mph speedometer with a 5-place odometer reading 52,083 miles, a 6K-rpm tachometer with an integrated clock, and coolant temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, and amps gauges. True mileage is unknown.

The dual-overhead-cam 3.8-liter inline-6-cylinder engine is connected to a replacement 3-speed automatic transmission and reportedly delivers 220 horsepower and a top speed of 125 mph. Dual single-barrel side-draft carburetors, open-element air cleaners, polished aluminum cam covers, and a newly installed air conditioner compressor complete the engine. According to the selling dealer, the battery has been relocated to the trunk for easier access.

The selling dealer states that the body and underside of the car appear to be generally free of rust and corrosion with the exception of the front jacking points. The full-length dual exhaust system exits under the left side of the rear bumper.
