Vehicle Story

This one-owner 2020 Aston Martin DB11 V8 Volante had an original retail price of $256,531 that included more than $32,000 in optional equipment, such as Q by Aston Martin paint accented with the Exterior Black Pack, the Comfort and Technology Packs, and 2-tone wheels. Standard equipment consists of LED headlights, a power-folding fabric roof, a 360-degree camera system, a 12-inch TFT LCD gauge cluster, navigation with an 8-inch display, and more. Power comes from a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 and is routed through an 8-speed automatic and a limited-slip rear differential. Finished in Flame Orange with a black top over a Dark Knight leather interior, this 216-mile British luxury performance convertible comes with its window sticker, an owner's manual, documentation, a 3-year warranty, a clean Carfax report, and a clear Michigan title in the seller’s name.

Unveiled in October of 2017, the Aston Martin DB11 Volante combined the bonded aluminum structure of its coupe counterparts with an 8-layer fabric roof that lowers in 14 seconds and gives the car a 20 percent larger trunk than its DB9 Volante predecessor. The exterior of this particular DB11 is finished in Flame Orange paint and features a black windshield surround, the Exterior Black Pack, LED headlights with integrated daytime running lights, "Curlicue" vents in the front wheel wells that channel air through openings behind the side strakes, power-folding heated side mirrors, a power-operated fabric top, an automatically deployable rear "AeroBlade," C-shaped taillights, and dual exhaust outlets.

A set of 20-inch Gloss Black wheels with diamond-turned spoke surfaces and Bridgestone Potenza S007 tires connect the car to the road.

According to the window sticker, the cabin is outfitted with optional Contemporary leather and carpeting colors. It comes furnished with Dark Knight leather seating surfaces and color-matched door panels, center console, and dashboard. All four seats have embossed Aston Martin logos. Gray carpeting covers the floor. Metallic trim highlights areas such as the air vents, 3-spoke steering wheel, shift paddles, and center stack. Piano Black accents are located on the door panels and center stack. Features include heated 12-way power front seats with 3-position memory, a power tilt and telescoping steering column, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera system, iPhone integration capability, and a navigation system with an 8-inch display.

The 12-inch TFT LCD gauge cluster contains a centrally mounted digital speedometer and 8K-rpm tachometer, a left screen that displays the fuel level and coolant temperature, and a right screen that can be configured to show the trip computer, fuel range, fuel economy, and more. The odometer shows a reading of 216 miles, which is in line with the last mileage figure on the Carfax report.

The one-piece aluminum clamshell hood covers a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 that generates 503 horsepower. The Mercedes-AMG-sourced M177 engine sends its output to the road through a rear-mid-mounted ZF 8HP75 8-speed automatic transmission, a limited-slip rear differential, and Active Torque Vectoring via Braking.

Aston Martin equipped the DB11 V8 Volante with an alloy torque tube with a carbon fiber propeller shaft. Another picture of the undercarriage is available in the photo gallery to the right.

The accident-free Carfax report shows this DB11 is a one-owner vehicle that has been well maintained. The car comes with its window sticker, an owner's manual, documentation, a 3-year warranty, and more.
