This 1958 Chevrolet Impala Sport Coupe is powered by a 348ci V8 engine upgraded with a tri-power intake and backed by a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering and power brakes. This Snowcrest White first-generation Impala with a charcoal cloth interior is available now and comes with a clear California title in the seller’s name.
The body on this Impala has been fully re-wired and was refinished in factory-correct Snowcrest White (code 936) approximately 8-10 years ago. It features chrome front and rear bumpers, quad headlights and marker lights, six taillights with integrated reverse lights, and roof trim.
The original steel wheels with tri-bar full hubcaps are wrapped in radial tires.
The interior features aftermarket charcoal cloth on the front and rear bench seats and the rear interior trim and door panels. Features include an aftermarket AM/FM cassette stereo mounted in the red steel dashboard, a white cloth headliner, red gloss accents, manual windows, and a red and white Impala steering wheel with a full circle horn ring. Gray carpeting with matching gray floormats covers the cabin floor.
A 120-mph sweep speedometer with a 5-place odometer reading 9,901 miles as well as coolant temperature and fuel level gauges provide vehicle information. According to the seller, the odometer currently shows 8K miles, which reflects the mileage on the rebuilt engine.
A 348ci V8 engine with an aftermarket tri-power intake is backed by a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission that provides power to the rear wheels. Features include chrome valve covers and a matching oil filler cap and vented tri-power air cleaner setup.
This model was originally equipped with an X frame, an independent front suspension, and a solid rear axle. All underbody surfaces have been undercoated. The frame and suspension components are matte black.
