This 1991 Mazda MX-5 Miata is finished in white over a black interior and is powered by a 1.6-liter inline-4 cylinder engine paired to a 5-speed manual transmission. The vehicle has resided in Quebec since being delivered to its original selling dealer in April 1991. Equipment includes pop-up headlamps, a black soft top, power steering, and an upgraded stereo. This Miata is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a clean Quebec registration in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in Crystal White with a recently replaced black manual-folding soft top and plastic rear window. The top was recently replaced. There is a chrome rollbar installed and a chrome exhaust tip. The car is equipped with signature MX-5 pop-up headlamps.
Factory 14” six-spoke wheels are fitted with 185/60 Weathermax all-season tires on all four corners. Standard equipment includes front and rear double-wishbone suspension and disc brakes.
The interior is fitted with manually-adjustable gray bucket seats with cloth upholstery and black carpeting. The factory steering wheel has been replaced with a three-spoke, wood Momo steering unit and the factory head unit has been upgraded with a Kenwood CD head unit installed with in-seat speakers. The black center console houses the shifter and black leather shift boot for the 5-speed manual transmission along with a pair of cupholders.
Instrumentation includes a 220-km speedometer, 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer reads 205k kilometers, of which about 100 km have been added over two months of ownership.
The 1.6-liter inline-4 cylinder engine is original to the car and was factory rated at 115 hp and 100 lb-ft of torque when new. The car was fully serviced in spring 2020, which included an alignment. Subsequently, the air filter was replaced in August 2020, and the brakes and clutch operate with no issues. Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission.
