This 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider has been driven roughly 20K miles since new and receives power from a 4.3-liter DOHC V8 paired with an F1-style 6-speed automated manual transaxle and a limited-slip active differential. This well-maintained, unmodified F430 was sold to its original owner in Alpharetta, Georgia in October of its model year and shows 20 service and maintenance records on its CARFAX report. Features a power-retractable convertible top, 19-inch aluminum wheels, Daytona-style bucket seats, and quad exhaust outlets. Finished in Grigio Alloy over a blue leather interior, this first-year F430 is now offered by the selling dealer with books and manuals, a car cover, a Ferrari battery tender, two key fobs, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear title.
The Type F131 F430 Spider was brought to market in 2005 as a replacement for the 360 model with styling from Pininfarina and aluminum chassis architecture. This F430 from that initial model year wears an original, garage-kept exterior finish in Grigio Alloy and features a power-operated retractable top. The body features oval-shaped front air inlets, fender shields, and a stainless steel exhaust system with quad outlets. The selling dealer has posted a video of the power top in operation below.
Silver-finished 19-inch split five-spoke aluminum wheels with prancing horse center caps are set inside of Z-rated staggered-width tires that measure 225/35 up front and 285/35 in the rear. The CARFAX notes that the tires were replaced in June of 2020 when the car had 19,862 miles. Stopping power comes from four-wheel disc brakes with Brembo calipers.
The cockpit provides power-operated blue leather Daytona-style bucket seats which are matched to the console and door panels, and contrast with the black carpeting and embroidered factory floor mats. Amenities include automatic climate control, an AM/FM/CD audio system, remote keyless entry, power windows, power mirrors, and power door locks.
Yellow-faced sport instrumentation includes a central 10K-rpm tachometer, a 220-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges for the oil temperature, oil pressure, coolant temperature, and fuel level. The digital odometer reads 20K miles, which is in line with the last mileage figure entered on the CARFAX report.
The 4.3-liter DOHC F136 E V8 has Bosch Motronic engine management and dry-sump lubrication. It was rated at 483 horsepower and 343 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is fed to the rear wheels via a paddle-shifted 6-speed automated F1-style transaxle and a limited-slip active differential.
The CARFAX report shows a history free of accidents or damage. The vehicle passed a Texas emissions inspection in October of 2020. The sale includes books, manuals, two key fobs, a car cover, and a battery tender. A $200 dealer fee will be added to the sale price. Texas residents will be responsible for a 6.25 percent sales tax and a 0.2217 percent state inventory tax.

@tarpon82 – The car looks great All service up to date? Any imperfections in paint? Any damage to any ivv do the wheels? Everything in working order? Interior without tears/or imperfections? Do you have original sticker and purchase ? How many owners? Thanks!! ...
Thank you for your interest. I really can't think of a thing the car needs, it is a wonderful car. I have added the last maintenance record from the previous owner to the end of the photos. The car is everything the pictures indicate. If you were pressed to pick the interior you may notice some very, very slight fade in the carpet on the center tunnel and a very small rub on the driver's seat outer bolster, I have added a close up picture of the driver seat as well to the end. Thanks.
