This 2007 Lotus Exige has been modified for track use and features front and rear tow hooks, racing mirror caps, a roof-mounted air scoop, side intakes, an upgraded exhaust, a rear diffuser, and a set of Team Dynamics Motorsport wheels with Yokohama slicks. The cockpit is equipped with a Sparco driver's seat with a Willans harness, Sparco quick-release steering wheel, roll cage, window nets, and a MoTeC dash logger. Under the hood is a mid-mounted 1.8-liter inline-4 engine connected to headers, a Monkey Wrench Racing fuel rail, and a 5-speed manual gearbox. Finished in gunmetal with a yellow center stripe over a red fabric race-prepped interior, this Series 2 Exige race car is offered by the seller on behalf of the owner with a bill of sale.
The gunmetal exterior features a yellow grille surround that flows into a center stripe that continues up the middle of the front end, roof, engine cover, and rear. Accents include a Lotus windshield banner and a variety of company decals, including Yokohama and Motul. The car comes equipped with red front and rear tow hooks, fender vents, racing mirror caps, an electrical system cutoff switch, a button for the fire suppression system, a roof-mounted air scoop, side intakes, engine cover pins, a single-outlet exhaust, and a rear diffuser.
A set of 16-inch front and 17-inch rear Team Dynamics Motorsport wheels with Yokohama slicks that measure 190/580 in the front and 230/625 at the back connect the car to the track. Braking power is provided by disc brakes with slotted rotors.
The race-prepped cockpit is outfitted with a roll cage with window nets, exposed aluminum panels, a red fabric Sparco Rev GRPtech driver's seat with a Willans harness, and a Sparco quick-release steering wheel with a microfiber rim.
Vehicle information including lap times, speed, gear selected, RPMs, and fuel level is displayed on a GPS-compatible MoTeC CDL3 dash logger.
The gold foil-lined engine bay behind the passenger compartment contains a Toyota-sourced 1.8-liter I4. Equipment includes headers and a Monkey Wrench Racing fuel rail. Power is sent to the track through a 5-speed manual gearbox and the rear wheels.
