Vehicle Story

This 1946 Ford Woody Wagon is powered by a flathead V8 connected to dual carburetors, an upgraded 12-volt alternator, electronic ignition, and a column-shifted 3-speed manual transmission. Features include a restored wood body by Moonlight Woodies of Cambria, California, manual windows, manual brakes, an aftermarket turn signal assembly, and seat belts. This dark blue Woody Wagon with a black vinyl roof and a tan vinyl interior is available now and comes with service records and a clear California title from the seller.

The exterior of this wagon was restored by Moonlight Woodies in Cambria, California and refinished in dark blue with two-tone wood bodywork and a black vinyl top. Features include dual headlights and taillights, a chrome grille with red accents, amber fog lights, chrome bumpers, a split windshield, and a rear-mounted spare tire with a body-color hard cover.

A set of refinished dark blue steel wheels with stainless steel Ford hub caps and trim rings is wrapped in radial tires.

The front bench seat, center seat, and rear seat are upholstered in tan vinyl. Features include an aftermarket turn signal assembly, manual windows, sliding quarter windows, seat belts, a black vinyl floor mat, and a steel dashboard finished in faux blonde woodgrain.

Instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer and readouts for the fuel level, oil pressure, amps, and coolant temperature. According to the seller, there are 64K miles on the odometer, but true mileage on the vehicle is unknown. An aftermarket tachometer and gauges for the oil pressure and coolant temperature have been mounted under the dash.

Power is provided by a flathead V8 with dual carburetors and backed by a column-shifted 3-speed manual transmission. Features include an upgraded 12-volt alternator, electronic ignition, and finned aluminum open-element air cleaners and Edelbrock heads.

Service records are included with the sale and cold start, idle, and driving videos are available for viewing below.
