The power is provided by a Super Turbo Fire 283ci V8 engine connected to a 4-barrel carburetor, Power Pack heads, and a Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission. This Imperial Ivory (code 794) 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air with a red vinyl and black cloth interior is available now and comes with a clear Idaho title from the seller.
This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe was built in March of 1957 in Baltimore, MD. The body was professionally painted in the original Imperial Ivory (code 794) in 2000 and a frame-off restoration was completed by the seller in 2018. Features include chrome front and rear bumpers with bumper guards, full-length Bel Air side trim, dual headlights, rocker trim, dual rear antennas, and gold hood, trunk, and fender emblems. According to the seller, the car has been covered and stored in a climate-controlled garage. All of the tinted glass has the correct date codes and there are no signs of damage to the glass or seals.
A set of 14-inch steel wheels refinished in white and wearing full Chevrolet hub caps is wrapped in 205/75 Coker Classic whitewall radial tires.
The front and rear bench seats have been re-upholstered in correct red vinyl and black cloth (code 676) and are surrounded by matching interior trim door panels. Features include a red headliner, black carpet with rubber Chevrolet-branded floor mats, manual windows, a red dashboard with an AM radio and a clock, and a red 2-spoke steering wheel with a full horn ring. The interior of the trunk has been refinished in white and is equipped with a rubber mat, a jacking instructions decal, a spare tire, a bumper jack, mounting hardware, and a tire iron.
A 120-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature are mounted ahead of the driver. The odometer shows 70,126 miles, which the seller states is an accurate and true reading.
The Super Turbo Fire 283ci V8 engine is connected to a 4-barrel carburetor and Power Pack heads that help it produce a reported 220 horsepower. Output is sent to the road through a Powerglide 2-speed automatic transmission. Features include a closed-element air cleaner, stamped steel valve covers with the Chevrolet logo, power steering, and correct orange engine paint. Under the hood, an electric windshield wiper motor, a power brake assembly, GM-branded hoses, and a vacuum-assisted windshield washer can be seen. Per the seller, the engine and drivetrain numbers match.
This Bel Air was factory equipped with a perimeter frame, an independent coil-spring front suspension, and a solid rear axle. The ends of the full-length dual exhaust system exit below the rear bumper. According to the seller, the front and rear springs were replaced during the restoration process, the brakes work as they should, and there is no damage to the shocks or bushings.

@jerryregier – Can you explain why it has a Washington license plate in one picture and an Idaho license plate in another picture? Are those pictures separated in time? Are all pictures current? ALSO, can you post a picture of the COWL Tag providing the VIN etc? Thank you very much. Jerry ...
Hi Jerry, Thanks for the question. The reason for the Washington and Idaho plates is we just moved to Idaho recently and I didn't think about the differences. The photos from Washington are the ones with the car on the street and the ones with the parking lot view are the ones from Idaho. The quality of the car is the same no changes. Sorry for the confusion. I have added the Cowl tag per you request. Thanks again and any questions please let me know. Ken.
Added Cowl Tag per Jerry's request
