This reportedly award-winning 1963 Ford Thunderbird has been with the seller for five years and is powered by a 390ci V8 connected to a rebuilt carburetor and a rebuilt Cruise-O-Matic transmission. Features include power steering, power brakes, manual windows, a working AM radio, and wheel skirts. This Rose Beige Thunderbird with a Rose Beige vinyl interior is available now and comes with a clear Ohio title.
The exterior of this four-seater hardtop has been refinished once in its factory color of Rose Beige (color code W on the body plate). Features include quad headlights, chrome bumpers, rear wheel skirts, dual taillights with new chrome bezels, and new window, door, roof rail, and trunk rubber.
A set of black finished steel wheels with Thunderbird tri-bar spinner hub caps is wrapped in whitewall tires.
The front bucket seats, rear seats, door panels, and trim have been reupholstered in Rose Beige vinyl (trim code 51). Features include Rose Beige carpet with Rose Beige floor mats shown with Thunderbird emblems, manual windows, power steering, power brakes, a Rose Beige dashboard with a matching vinyl top pad, and a working AM radio with a Thunderbird logo.
A 120-mph speedometer, clock, and gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature are mounted in a chrome gauge pod ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 49,010 miles, which the seller states are actual miles.
Power is provided by a 390ci V8 backed by a rebuilt Cruise-O-Matic transmission. Features include a rebuilt carburetor, power steering, engine coolant expansion tank, gold valve covers, and a closed-element air filter. According to the seller, a new starter was installed, and the heater core and manifold gaskets have been replaced. A video of the engine starting and running can be seen in the carousel to the right.
This Thunderbird was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle on a perimeter frame. Aftermarket air shocks have been installed in the rear. Stopping is handled by a rebuilt power brake booster and power drum brakes.

@gb70 – Does the clock still work and tell time correctly? Any blemishes in the paint? How old are the tires? ...
Yes the clock still works and will get off track from time-to-time; but I don't pay attention to the clock because I'm too busy enjoying the ride when I'm out. The radio works; however it's AM only. What I know about the tires are, they have plenty of tread on them and I've seen no dry rot cracks. The paint has no blemishes other than when I take it out to cruise, a rock from the road may have put a very small scratch at the very bottom of the door. I've received 2 trophies from the only 2 car shows I've ever attended last year! As I've stated this car is not Barrett-Jackson ready, but it's a multiple head turner and people wanting to take a picture of or with it, when I just drive to the store! Over $8k of restoration.
