This restored 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS two-door hardtop is powered by an Edelbrock Pro-Flo fuel-injected 350ci V8 backed by a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. It comes equipped with a set of 15-inch Cragar SS wheels and redline tires, re-upholstered seating, a center console, a Hurst shifter, and auxiliary gauges. Finished in Marina Blue over a black vinyl interior, this first-year Camaro is now offered by the selling dealer with a clear title.
The midsized Camaro was classified as a pony car when it came to market in 1967 on the General Motors F-body platform. Using a semi-unibody design shared with the Chevy II, the Camaro was offered in RS, SS, and Z/28 trim. This Camaro RS two-door hardtop from that year was refinished in Marina Blue with a gloss black nose stripe. The exterior finishes are described as show-quality and clean throughout, including the chrome bumpers, window trim, and badging. Features include hideaway headlights, chrome rocker moldings, rear mud flaps, and a dual exhaust system with polished outlets.
Chrome-finished 15-inch Cragar SS five-spoke wheels are set inside of BFGoodrich Silvertown redline tires.
The 2+2 interior is fitted with reupholstered black vinyl low-back bucket front seats, complemented by matching materials for the headliner, dash, console, carpeting, and rear seat. Features include a Hurst T-handle shift lever, a heater, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, an AM/FM/cassette radio, and a control panel for the Edelbrock Pro-Flo fuel injection system.
Vehicle information is conveyed through a 120-mph speedometer, a centrally-mounted auxiliary 8K-rpm tachometer, a fuel gauge, and additional under-dash aftermarket gauges. A five-digit mechanical odometer tracks accrued mileage, although true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
The matte black engine bay contains a 350ci V8 that features Edelbrock fuel injection and chrome dress-up elements. Power is transferred to the rear wheels through a console-shifted Muncie 4-speed manual transmission.
