This rust-free 1969 Chevrolet Camaro has been in the same family for 22 years and is powered by an upgraded 396ci Chevrolet V8 engine backed by a TH400 3-speed transmission. Features include power steering, manual brakes, manual windows, and bucket seats. This refinished Frost Green Camaro with a Midnight Green vinyl interior is available now and comes with the removed original hood and 307ci V8 engine, original window sticker, owner’s manual, receipts, and a clear Kentucky title in the seller’s name.
The exterior was repainted Frost Green under previous ownership. Features include chrome bumpers, dual headlights with a color-keyed grille, rocker trim, wheel opening moldings, chrome mirror caps, an aftermarket cowl hood, dual taillights, and 396 emblems. The seller reports there is rust on the bottom of the passenger-side door.
A set of color-keyed steel wheels with Chevrolet dog dish hub caps is wrapped in radial tires.
The front bucket seats, rear seat, trim, and door panels are upholstered in Midnight Green vinyl. Features include black carpet, a green metal dashboard with a green dash pad and an aftermarket dash pad top cover, power steering, manual brakes and windows, an AM radio, and an aftermarket Hurst center console.
A 120-mph speedometer, fuel gauge, and warning lights for the generator, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are located in a black panel ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 95,504 miles. The odometer is accurate according to the seller, who added 12K miles during their ownership.
The upgraded 396ci Chevrolet V8 engine was installed in 2012 and is backed by a TH400 3-speed transmission. Underhood features include HEI ignition, power steering, manual brakes, chrome valve covers with a flame pattern, a chrome Holley air cleaner, an aluminum intake, and a battery master disconnect. The seller will change the oil prior to the sale of the vehicle.
This Camaro came factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Stopping power is provided by manual brakes.
The removed original hood and 307ci V8 engine, original window sticker, owner’s manual, and receipts are included with the sale.

Thank you For the comment about definitely lighter, I've showed the car to SERIOUS buyers this week who've never mentioned once the hood being lighter. Same goes for the last 20 years of car shows. There r a few pics the doors appear to b lighter. It's a lighting issue. Thank you
@Colelarry421 – Thank you for inquiring about my 69 camaro. I have never noticed nor been told that by anyone before that has seen the car. As well as it winning numerous car shows after the original hood (comes with car also) was replaced with this particular hood. I have the paint mix ratios used in matching the hood as well. ...
Agree, hood looks like a lighter shade, maybe the judge had color blind issues :)
BID: $28,000
@MrV – It may well be a lighting issue, but the hood looks to be a lighter shade of Forrest Green than the rest of the card, and, from many angles.. ...
