This 2007 BMW M6 is an 80K-mile grand touring convertible powered by a 5.0-liter S85 V10 backed by a 7-speed SMG III automatic transmission and a variable-locking differential. It was originally sold new in Houston, Texas where it was dealer-maintained by its original owner and later made its way to Florida in 2015, where it remains today. Equipment includes dual-zone automatic climate control, a traction control system, carbon fiber interior trim, a power top, and quad exhaust outlets. Finished in metallic silver with a black cloth retractable top over a black leather interior, this M6 is now offered with service and modification records, two key fobs, a clean CARFAX report, and a clear Florida title in the seller’s name.
The original M6 two-door debuted as a high-performance variant of the grand-touring E24 6-Series in 1983 and was produced through 1989. For the next decade and a half, there was a hiatus in M6 production until the E63 was introduced in 2005 with styling from Karl Elmitt. Both coupe and convertible body styles were offered at the time, and body architecture included aluminum materials for the doors and hood for weight optimization. This garage-kept metallic silver M6 convertible from 2007 features a power-operated black cloth retractable top, adaptive xenon headlamps, LED taillights, and quad polished exhaust outlets. The seller notes that there are some stone chips on the nose.
The 19-inch M Radial Spoke (style 167M) alloy wheels are wrapped in staggered-width tires.
The cockpit is fitted with heated and power-adjustable black leather bucket seats up front and two seats at the rear along with black door panels, dash, center console, and carpeting. The dash is accented with carbon fiber trim. Amenities include a head-up display, navigation, dual-zone automatic climate control, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and Park Distance Control with front and rear sensors.
Instrumentation consists of a 200-mph speedometer and 9K-rpm tachometer along with auxiliary gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature. The digital odometer reads 80K miles, which is in line with the mileage shown on the CARFAX report.
The 5.0-liter S85 V10 was rated at 500 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque when new and received an oil change in early 2022 per the seller. The CARFAX report shows consistent dealership maintenance for the first several years of the car’s life. Power is transferred to the rear wheels via a console-shifted 7-speed SMG (Sequential Manual Gearbox) automatic transmission and variable-locking differential.
Driving is assisted by dynamic stability control. The suspension uses an aluminum double-pivot strut-type setup at the front along with a four-link rear design. Stopping power comes from ventilated, cross-drilled anti-lock disc brakes.
The CARFAX report shows a vehicle history free of accidents and damage. The sale includes service and modification documentation, and two key fobs.

Have the engine bearings been addressed? Didn’t see it listed in the CarFax but not all service records get reported. @ 80k miles this should have been done by now.
