This 2,300-mile 1978 Chevrolet Corvette is a factory-produced replica of the Corvette pace car for the 62nd annual Indianapolis 500 race held on May 28, 1978. It features a special paint scheme and comes with the Gymkhana suspension, Cruise-Master cruise control, tinted glass T-tops, power locks and windows, an aftermarket radio and speakers, power steering and brakes, and air conditioning as well as a backup camera with a display in the rearview mirror. New parts include the carpeting, weatherstripping, battery, and rear control arms. Under the hood is an L82 350cid V8 that sends power to the road through a 3-speed automatic transmission and the rear wheels. Finished in black and silver with red pinstriping over a Silver and Smoke leather interior with aftermarket black fabric seat covers, this special edition C3 Corvette is available now and comes with a window sticker, service records, and a clear Illinois title.
After a Corvette was used as the pace car for the 62nd annual Indianapolis 500 on May 28, 1978, Chevrolet produced 6,502 pace car replicas with a two-tone black and silver paint scheme accented with red pinstripes. Each car came with commemorative decals that the buyer could apply themselves. This particular 1978 Corvette pace car replica comes equipped with foglights, front and rear bumper guards, front fender vents, tinted glass T-tops, a one-piece rear spoiler, and dual exhaust outlets.
The 15-inch wheels feature red accents and come wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A raised-white-letter tires.
According to the window sticker, this Corvette came from Chevrolet's St. Louis, Missouri factory with a Silver and Smoke leather interior (RPO code 152) that features a pair of bucket seats and coordinating door panels, center console, and dashboard. Features include power steering and brakes, power windows and locks, Cruise-Master cruise control, air conditioning, and lockable rear storage compartments. The cabin has a variety of new parts, including the red carpeting and weatherstripping. Under previous ownership, a new radio and speakers were installed. They are functional but were recently disconnected so mechanical work could be performed. In addition, a black carpeted pad covers the dashboard and Corvette-branded black fabric covers protect the bucket seats. The rearview mirror has a display that shows the feed from the dashcam and rear camera. According to the seller, the air conditioning system's blower relay is non-operational and needs to be replaced.
Instrumentation includes a 140-mph speedometer, a 7K-rpm tachometer, a clock, and gauges for the coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and voltage. The 5-digit mechanical odometer currently shows 2,399 miles.
According to the National Corvette Museum, the 350ci L82 V8 came from the factory with 220 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. The engine in this particular car has purple accents and is equipped with new vacuum hoses and a new battery. A 3-speed automatic and the rear wheels send the engine's output to the road. The seller reports all of the fluids, including the oil and radiator fluid, have been changed, filled, or flushed.
This car rides on the Gymkhana suspension (RPO code FE7), which came from the factory with heavy-duty shocks, a larger-diameter front stabilizer bar, a rear stabilizer bar added, and higher-rate springs. New control rear control arms have been installed. An alignment was performed in May of this year.
The window sticker and service records are included with the sale.

I do! Waiting on them to be approved through the site now! Regarding the radio however, I do not have it. The original owner had it replaced and didn't keep it afterwards sadly.

Here's the requested pictures, and regarding the radio, unfortunately not, the removal of it was the doing of the original owner, and I believe he chose to just chuck it afterwards...sadly.
