This 1966 Ford Mustang coupe features several new exterior, interior, and mechanical parts, including the paint, chrome bumpers, shocks, headliner, AM/FM radio, and ignition coil. It comes equipped with power steering, aftermarket wheels, BFGoodrich tires, front bucket seats, a center console, and lap belts. Under the hood is a 200ci inline-6 engine that sends power to the road through an automatic transmission and the rear wheels. Refinished in Candy Apple Red over a black vinyl interior, this first-generation Mustang is available now and comes with a set of four uninstalled wheels and tires and a clear Colorado title in the seller's name.
The exterior was refinished in its reportedly original color of Candy Apple Red and equipped with new chrome bumpers, emblems, antenna, and driver-side mirror. Other features include dual headlights, bright greenhouse and rocker trim, tri-bar taillights, and separate reverse lights.
A set of aftermarket 4-bolt wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A raised-white-letter tires connect the car to the road. Steering is power-assisted.
The black vinyl interior offers front bucket seats, a center console, and a rear bench seat. It has been updated with a new one-piece headliner, front and rear pillar covers, AM/FM radio, and speakers. Other features include lap belts, manual crank windows, and a patterned vinyl trunk liner.
Instrumentation comes in the form of a 140-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, amps, and coolant temperature. The 5-digit mechanical odometer reportedly shows 78,894 miles.
Power from the 200ci inline-6 engine is transmitted through an automatic transmission and the rear wheels. The engine is equipped with a new aluminum radiator, transmission cooling lines, spark plugs and wires, ignition coil, and air filter.
The car rides on a set of new shocks. Additional undercarriage photos can be found in the gallery.
A set of four uninstalled wheels and tires is included with the sale of the vehicle.

@jeffsmith – Got a video of it starting up and running? ...
I made a short 50 second video of the engine running from a cold start. but it exceeded the size to send via my email , and Auto Hunters auto reply says the office is closed. The car does start right up and runs well. Sorry that it wasn't included with the listing.

@MacAuto – I am interested in this car; just a couple of questions. Is the 6cyl tired and need a rebuild. I notice a sharp paint job but the engine compartment looks tired. Just trying to figure how much will need to make it a great daily driver. How are breaks do they need to be replaced? any rust or condo? (not a no sale -just don't want to be surprised) thank you ...
New paint job on exterior. The engine bay wasn’t painted. Previous owner said brakes were good. I saw new drums when new shocks were installed. No rust. Small dings were filled. It drives well. Both sets of wheels and tires are in good shape.

@dwgeb – A compression test was done with all cylinders reading 135( +or - 2#) on the gauge used. The engine starts right up every time. ...
I don’t have any records of any work done by the previous owner.

Any information you can share about engine work other than radiator, cooling lines, plugs, etc ?
