This 1994 BMW 850Ci is finished in Mauritius Blue Metallic over a gray leather interior and is powered by a 5.0-liter V12 engine paired with a 5-speed automatic transmission. Equipment includes dual exhaust, automatic climate control, and AC Schnitzer aero treatment, wheels, and livery. This Canadian spec 850Ci is now offered in Port Hope, Ontario with a clean CARFAX report on a clear Ontario registration in the seller's name.
The car is finished in Mauritius Blue Metallic with an AC Schnitzer installed body kit consisting of bumpers, side skirts, rear wing spoiler, and striping. The body retains its original finish, with noted clearcoat bubbling underneath the left rear window and one small scratch behind the driver’s door. Otherwise, the body is in good condition with no rust is present and the CARFAX shows no records of accidents or damage. Features include pop-up headlights, fog lights, and quad polished exhaust tips.
The car rides on AC Schnitzer 18” five-spoke wheels finished in silver and mounted to Avid Envigor 275/35. Braking is provided by four-wheel disc brakes with yellow calipers.
The interior retains the original gray leather bucket seats with matching carpets, door panels, and dash. Woodgrain trim is featured throughout the car, including the center console, dash bezel, and door panels. The car retains its factory radio with a 6-disc CD changer in the trunk. Additional features include power windows, power rear sunshade, cruise control, and power-adjustable steering wheel.
Instrumentation includes a 300-km/h speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer, along with gauges for fuel level and coolant temperature. The six-digit odometer reads 108k kilometers, 3k km of which have been added by the seller in 1.5 years of ownership.
The M73 5.0-liter V12 was factory rated at 326 horsepower and 322 ft/lbs of torque when new. An aftermarket dual air intake has been added and the mufflers have been replaced with Magnaflow units, the car is mechanically unmodified otherwise. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed automatic transmission. The car has been routinely maintained and is up to date on service.
Additional photos showing the underside are available in the gallery.
The sale includes a first aid kit still that is still in the plastic, the owner’s manual, and the factory tool kit.

If the reserve is met, the car is sold. That is how it works. Best of luck.

@limepickle – @Gazoo, I believe that this is actually a '92 or '93 model with the 5.0L and 4 speed automatic. The vin decoder shows the production date as 1991-07-31 and originally built for the European market: http://bimmer.work/vin/c92533b29cc147ef2abf102e3e8d3b689/ The other sign is that the gearbox lever is not steptronic - the 5.4L engines were all mated to the 5 speed steptronic. I've seen instances of model year being mixed up upon import into a different country. Perhaps that is what happened here? ...
I certainly am not going to argue with that. The owner's manual lists the displacement as 5389. It seems quite possible that what you are saying is correct. It sure sounds like you know much more about this car than I do - LOL.

Just an update on the displacement. This is a 5.4l engine. In 1994 they switched to a larger engine with a bit more horsepower - 326hp.
@limepickle – Are you sure that this isn't an M70 with a 4 speed? The 5 speeds that I've seen on other 850ci models all have the steptronic gearbox. Also, an M73 should have 5.4L displacement, not 5.0L. ...
I was just waiting until I could look in the owners manual. Online I found that in 1994 they switched to a larger 5.4l engine with 328hp. The owners manual confirms this, so you are correct on the displacement.
