This rust-free 1974 Chevrolet Monte Carlo is powered by a 350ci V8 engine backed by an automatic transmission. Features include power brakes and factory air conditioning converted to R134-a. This garage-kept medium green Monte Carlo with a matching vinyl top and a green vinyl and cloth interior is available now and comes with a factory build sheet, window sticker, additional vehicle documentation, the removed original carburetor, an Auto Appraisal Group inspection report, a car cover, owner's and repair manuals, and a clear New York title in the seller's name.
The exterior is finished in medium green with a medium green vinyl top. Features include chrome bumpers, dual headlights, a chrome grille, color-keyed sport mirror caps, mid-body side impact strips, rocker trim, accent pinstriping, and dual taillights. The seller believes the paint is original and notes a few touch-up spots.
A set of steel wheels with full Chevrolet hub caps is wrapped in whitewall radial tires.
The front bench seat and rear seat are upholstered in light green vinyl and cloth. The dashboard, door panels, and carpeting are also green. Features include manual windows, a column-mounted automatic shifter, new seatbelts installed in 2021, power brakes, and woodgrain dashboard and steering wheel accents.
A 120-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge are mounted in a simulated woodgrain panel ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 16,591 miles and is believed to be the true mileage according to the seller.
Power is provided by a 350ci V8 engine backed by an automatic transmission. Underhood features include factory air conditioning converted to R134-a and power brakes. In 2021, a new radiator and hood insulation was installed along with a remanufactured 2-barrel Rochester carburetor. The seller reports the air conditioning compressor works well when charged, but that the system has a slight leak.
This Monte Carlo is factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front disc brakes and rear drums. Four new shocks were installed in 2021.
The seller will include the factory build sheet, window sticker, additional vehicle documentation, the removed original carburetor, an Auto Appraisal Group inspection report, a car cover, and owner's and repair manuals with the sale.

@trice331 – It is impossible to verify the mileage due to age. Look at the overall condition of the vehicle and that tells a story. I was in contact with the previous owner who bought it in 1992 from the original owner. She stated that those are the original miles. She and the original owner only drove it to car shows and for special occasions. Vehicle has always been garaged. I also included a pic of the current condition of the oil which is very clean for about 1500 miles. I can only rely on the previous owner since it is exempt from NYS mileage verification. Hope this helps you. ...
