Vehicle Story

This 1941 Ford pickup is powered by a 368ci Lincoln V8 engine backed by a manual transmission with a Mercury overdrive unit. Features include parts from 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s vehicles and manual windows, steering, and brakes. This matte blue Ford half-ton truck with new red pinstriping and a gray vinyl and cloth interior is available now and comes with a clear California title in the current owner’s name.

This mild custom pickup is finished in matte blue and features 1939 Dodge headlights, a 1941 Lincoln Zephyr front bumper, 1930s-era Art Deco mirror caps, Studebaker door handles, and a cowl-mounted antenna. Additional features include color-matched rear fender skirts, a 1941 Oldsmobile rear bumper, 1936 Oldsmobile taillights, and new red pinstriping.

A set of black 16-inch steel wheels with full hub caps is wrapped in Firestone bias-ply whitewall tires.

The bench seat has been upholstered in gray vinyl with a gray cloth seating surface. Features include a gray cloth headliner; matte blue interior sheet metal; maroon carpeting; manual windows, steering, and brakes; a maroon 2-spoke Lincoln steering wheel; a column-mounted manual shifter; and a blue steel dashboard. Per the seller, the shift knob shown above is currently on the vehicle and the blue one shown in gallery photos has been removed.

A 100-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, voltage, oil pressure, and coolant temperature are mounted ahead of the driver.

Power is provided by a 368ci Lincoln V8 engine backed by a manual transmission with a Mercury overdrive unit. Underhood features include black valve covers with Turnpike Cruiser lettering, a black air cleaner housing, and manual brakes.

The original suspension has been modified with a dropped front axle. Braking is provided by manual drum brakes.
