OVERVIEW
This 1952 Chevrolet 3100 five-window pickup was refurbished both inside and out and has been owned by the seller for 15 years. It is powered by a recently serviced 235ci inline-six paired with a four-speed manual transmission and features baby moon hubcaps, chrome brightwork, and a diamond-plate cargo area. Refinished in Torch Red over a saddle vinyl interior, this 3100 is now offered with receipts and a clear California title in the seller’s name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
Representing Chevrolet’s Advance Design generation of pickups, this rust-free 3100 has been refinished in 1969 Corvette Torch Red by Maaco under the seller’s 15-year ownership. Brightwork highlights the grille, bumpers, headlight rings, and other exterior trim. Additional equipment includes a split windshield, color-keyed running boards, and a plywood cargo floor lined with diamond-plate panels joined by stainless steel hardware.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Steel 15-inch wheels with chrome baby moon hubcaps are wrapped in 225/50 front and 225/75 rear tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The interior of the cab is furnished with a reupholstered saddle vinyl bench seat, matching door cards and headliner, and black carpeting. The seller notes the radio has been deleted.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation encompasses an inoperative 90-mph speedometer along with functioning auxiliary gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, oil pressure, and voltage. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 3,446 miles, although the true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 235ci inline-six received an oil change in June of 2022. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a floor-shifted four-speed manual transmission with a granny gear.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Additional photos of the underbody are available in the carousel to the right.
