1-Owner 2004 Chevrolet Corvette 6-Speed

This 2004 Chevrolet Corvette is finished in Torch Red over a black leather interior and is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car is mostly stock and is a one-owner vehicle, sold to its first and only owner in California in September 2004, where it resided until relocating to Arizona in 2018.  Equipment includes the Preferred Equipment Group, polished aluminum wheels, Performance Handling Package, a Corsa exhaust system, fog lamps, and Bose stereo.  Located in Phoenix, Arizona, this C5 Corvette is now offered with a clean CARFAX report and a factory window sticker on a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.

The car is finished in Torch Red and retains all its factory original paint. Factory-optioned fog lamps are fitted within the front air dam, and quad chrome exhaust tips are found at the rear.  The side panels are equipped with bodyside moldings and air intakes, and the car has both tinted glass and painted to match removable roof panels as part of the Roof Package.

Factory polished-aluminum five-spoke wheels measure 17” up front and 18” in the rear, mounted to Michelin Sport run-flat tires that have been replaced within the last 1,500 miles.  The brake calipers are finished in matching red, and the car has a four-wheel independent suspension with a speed-sensitive rack and pinion steering.  Ordered with the Performance Handling Package, stiffer springs and stabilizer bars are fitted. 

The interior is fitted with black leather bucket seats with black carpeting and a matching center console with armrest.  The seats are 6-way powered and show some wear consistent with age and miles, most noticeably in the bolster areas. The car is optioned with the Preferred Equipment Group, which includes the memory seats, Twilight Sentinel, and heads-up display. Additional factory features car is equipped with air conditioning, dual-zone automatic climate control, and cruise control.  The car retains its factory Bose audio system with an AM/FM head unit and an optional remote 12-disc CD changer in the rear compartment.

Instrumentation includes a 200-mph speedometer and a 7.5k-rpm tachometer, with accompanying gauges for coolant temperature, oil pressure, voltage, and fuel level. A heads up display system projects various information on the lower portion of the dash as well. The digital odometer reads just over 65k miles, which are original to the vehicle and all added by the seller. 

The 5.7-liter LS1 V8 is original to the car and was factory rated at 350 horsepower when new.  The engine itself is unmodified, while the exhaust has been upgraded with a full Corsa exhaust and X-pipe added.  Recent maintenance includes replacement of the brake pads within the last 1,500 miles.  Per the CARFAX, an oil and filter change was performed in January 2021. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission.
