OVERVIEW
This recently restored SS 396-style 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle is powered by a 327ci V8 engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Features include power steering, power brakes, American Racing wheels, and new Toyo tires. Refinished in Torch Red with white SS stripes over a white vinyl interior, this Chevelle is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear Pennsylvania title.
EXTERIOR - FEATURES
This Chevelle SS re-creation was recently restored and refinished in Torch Red with white SS stripes. Features include chrome bumpers, 396 emblems, wheel opening moldings, a fender-mounted antenna, dual mirrors, and rear body trim with an SS emblem.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 17-inch American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels is wrapped in new 245/45/R17 Toyo Extensa HP tires.
INTERIOR - FEATURES
The front bench seat, rear seat, rear trim, and door panels are upholstered in white vinyl. Features include power steering, power brakes, manual windows, SS 396 emblems, an aftermarket digital AM/FM stereo with rear-mounted Kenwood speakers, and a three-spoke Grant steering wheel with a wood rim
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, an aftermarket 10K-rpm tachometer, and readouts for the coolant temperature and oil pressure are mounted ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 63,498 miles but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 327ci Chevrolet V8 engine backed by a four-speed manual transmission. Underhood features include finned Edelbrock valve covers, an Edelbrock Victor Jr. aluminum intake, an MSD distributor and coil, headers, a Holley 650-cfm carburetor, and a K&N air filter.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Chevelle was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A full-length dual exhaust system exits at the rear.

For the record, the add states 396 badging and under powertrain it clearly states 327 engine. I am not sure what your point is , this is a fun, safe car that has been gone over by a local Hot Rod shop and all the odds and ends taken care of..
