OVERVIEW

This 1973 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray sends power from a modified and reportedly numbers-matching 454ci big-block V8 through a four-speed manual transmission to the rear 15-inch Rally wheels. Features include a new clutch, power steering, power brakes, power windows, a cowl-induction hood, Flowmaster exhaust, Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, and a COMP Cams camshaft. Finished in black over a black leather interior, this C3 Corvette is offered on consignment by the selling dealer and comes with two SPAL electric fans, $13,000 in service records, and a clear Illinois title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

The exterior was repainted black a few years ago and is accented with a matching removable roof panel, a red Corvette emblem on the nose, and a split chrome rear bumper. In addition, there are Stingray emblems on both front fenders and 454 badges on the sides of the cowl-induction hood.

This C3 Stingray sits on a set of 15-inch Rally wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.  

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The two-seater cockpit comes equipped with black leather bucket seats, simulated woodgrain trim on the door panels, power steering and brakes, power windows, and an AM/FM/cassette stereo. In addition, there is a Holley Sniper EFI touchscreen controller mounted on the center of the dashboard.

INTERIOR - GAUGES

Behind the three-spoke steering wheel sits a 160-mph speedometer and a 7K-rpm tachometer. The center stack houses an analog clock and coolant temperature, fuel level, battery voltage, and oil pressure gauges. The car's five-digit analog odometer shows 61,970 miles, which the selling dealer states are an accurate figure.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

Power comes from a reportedly numbers-matching 454ci big-block V8. A four-speed manual transmission with a new clutch delivers the engine’s output to the road. The engine is equipped with a COMP Cams Big Mutha’ Thumpr camshaft and lifter kit, Holley Sniper electronic fuel injection, and a set of Hedman headers.

UNDERCARRIAGE
