OVERVIEW
This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro is powered by a 327ci V8 engine backed by an automatic transmission. Features include a folding convertible top, power brakes, power steering, bucket seats, a center console, a digital AM/FM stereo, and new brakes, shocks, and tires. Finished in metallic green with a white convertible top over a tan vinyl interior, this Camaro is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear California title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior has been refinished in metallic green. Features include chrome bumpers, white accent stripes, wheel well and rocker moldings, dual side mirrors, and a white folding convertible top. An exterior overview video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of Chevrolet Rally wheels with stainless steel center caps and trim rings is wrapped in new radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The front bucket seats, the rear seat, trim, and door panels are upholstered in tan vinyl. Features include power steering, power brakes, a center console with an automatic transmission shifter, manual windows, a tilt steering column, a billet aluminum steering wheel with a wood rim, and a digital AM/FM stereo.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge are mounted ahead of the driver. Additional aftermarket gauges for the oil pressure, coolant temperature, and voltage are mounted under the dashboard. The odometer reads 74,000 miles but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 327ci V8 engine and backed by an automatic transmission. Underhood features include a new chrome brake master cylinder and booster, an aluminum intake, a four-barrel Edelbrock carburetor, a chrome air filter, and finned cast aluminum valve covers. A new power steering pump has been installed.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Camaro was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by power brakes. According to the selling dealer, new shocks have been installed. Additional underbody photos are available in the gallery to the right.
