OVERVIEW
This 1973 Chevrolet Camaro sends power from a 350ci V8 through a Turbo 350 three-speed automatic transmission to the rear 17-inch American Racing wheels. Features include a front split bumper, a tilt steering column, power brakes, power steering, a B&M shifter, and Bosch auxiliary gauges as well as a variety of new exterior parts. Finished in three-stage Candy Apple Red Metallic with Citrin Black rally stripes over a black vinyl interior, this Camaro is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear Florida title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The Candy Apple Red metallic exterior is accented with Citrin Black rally stripes. The selling dealer states the integrated front and rear turn signals are from a 1969 Camaro. Other features include a black grille, a front split bumper, a chrome rear bumper, and “Rally Sport 350” badging on the front fenders. According to the selling dealer, the trim, weatherstripping, bumpers, taillights, door handles, and locks are new.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
This Camaro sits on a set of 17-inch American Racing Torq Thrust II wheels wrapped in Nitto NT555 G2 radial tires that measure 245/45ZR17 in the front and 255/50ZR17 in the rear.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cockpit has bucket front seats and a pair of rear seats upholstered in new black vinyl, a black four-spoke steering wheel, an aftermarket AM/FM/Bluetooth radio, a custom center console, and a B&M automatic shifter. In addition, the car’s new carpet, door panels, and glovebox are also black. The selling dealer states that the vehicle comes equipped with factory air conditioning, which is currently non-operational.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
A 130-mph speedometer sits in the round housing left of the dashboard behind the aftermarket Z28-badged steering wheel. To the right is the fuel gauge. A set of three aftermarket Bosch gauges mounted below the dashboard provide readouts for the water temperature, battery voltage, and oil pressure. The five-digit analog odometer shows 36,630 miles, but the actual mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
A 350ci V8 sits in the engine bay. A Turbo 350 three-speed automatic transmission managed by a floor-mounted shifter delivers the engine’s output to the road. The selling dealer states that the engine is equipped with an Edelbrock intake, a four-barrel carburetor, MSD electronic ignition, a Weiand aluminum water pump, a radiator with an electric fan, and chrome long-tube headers. Other features include aftermarket chrome accessories throughout the engine bay.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The power front disc brakes are equipped with SSBC Force 10 calipers. The Camaro’s undercarriage shows a powder-coated dual exhaust system with Flowmaster mufflers. Additional underbody photos are available in the gallery to the right.
