Thank you! The hole in question is on top of the dash, at the base of the windshield though nobody seems to know exactly what its purpose is… maybe the start of a tonneau cover rivet? The hole never bothered me, so I haven’t given it much thought. It can be easily plugged.

I’m 6’2 and fit comfortably enough to drive on the highways and through the canyons. Sunglasses / goggles are a must at any height, the 550 windshield is low by design.
