OVERVIEW
This customized 1964 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova sends power from a modified Corvette 5.7-liter V8 through a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission to the rear JEGS Rally wheels. Features include a recent paint job, a cowl-induction hood, a Powertrax Lock Right locker, and an aftermarket AM/FM/cassette radio. Finished in royal blue over a two-tone patterned gray cloth interior, this Nova is available now with receipts, service records, and a clear Florida title in the seller's name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The royal blue exterior comes equipped with a cowl-induction hood, chrome bumpers, bright trim, a driver-side mirror, newer door handles and locks, and tinted windows. The seller states the car was repainted in August 2022.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
This Chevy II Nova sits on 15-inch JEGS Rally wheels wrapped in 185/60 front and 225/60 rear General Altimax RT43 tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin has aftermarket bucket front and bench rear seats upholstered in two-tone gray cloth with striped inserts. Other features include newer weatherstripping, vent windows, a center console with a horseshoe shifter, an aftermarket AM/FM/cassette radio, and an aftermarket three-spoke steering wheel.
INTERIOR - GAUGES
Behind the three-spoke steering wheel sits a 120-mph speedometer, a fuel gauge, and warning lights for the coolant temperature, generator, and oil pressure gauges. AutoMeter oil pressure and coolant temperature gauges and an 8K-rpm Sunpro tachometer are mounted on the center console. The five-digit analog odometer shows 56,200 miles, but the actual mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
According to the seller, this Nova received the 5.7-liter V8 from a Corvette. The engine has been bored .030 over and enlarged to 355ci and equipped with a mild street camshaft, a Holly carburetor, and a newer starter. The 700R4 four-speed overdrive automatic transmission delivers the engine's output to a Powertrax Lock Right locking differential.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The seller states that the front suspension, master cylinder, brake lines, rear brakes, shocks, gas tank, and fuel tank sending unit have been replaced.
