1972 Chevrolet C10

This 1972 Chevrolet C10 recently underwent a multi-year frame-off restoration completed in May of 2020 and is finished in white over a black interior. Power is provided by a newly installed 350ci V8 from Blueprint Engines backed by a 700R4 automatic transmission. Features include a 1970 front grille, Auto meter gauges, Ididit 8-position steering column, March performance pulley system, and vintage air system. Located in Vincetown, New Jersey, this C10 long bed is offered for sale with all records from the restoration on a clear New Jersey title in the seller's name.

During the restoration, a replacement cab was sourced from a donor 1967 C10, and almost all sheet metal in the bed was replaced except for the passenger side before the body was finished in white. Additional modifications include a 1970 front grille and flush-mounted taillights. The bed features a stamped steel floor and has been lined with black bed liner paint. All chrome and trim are in good condition, including the front and rear bumpers, door handles, and polished tips for the dual exhaust.

18" Ridler 5-spoke wheels are finished in dark gray and wrapped Cooper Discoverer tires measuring 265/60 all around. New power disc brakes were installed on the front while the rear received new drums, and the suspension has been lowered 3" with new springs.

The interior features a bucket seat upholstered in black leather with a matching armrest/center console in the middle. Custom patterned door panels are also upholstered in black to match and the dash pad and carpeting. Controls for the Vintage Air A/C system are housed in the factory location on the dash, while a vintage look head unit was installed with additional speakers in the kick panels. The factory steering wheel has been replaced with an aftermarket 3-spoke unit with a wood rim and mounted on an Ididit adjustable steering column.

New Autometer gauges are housed within a black bezel and include a 120mph speedometer, 8k rpm tachometer, and additional readouts for fuel level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. Just over 500 miles are shown on the digital odometer, which is mileage since completion of the restoration in March of 2020.

Power is provided by a newly installed crate 350ci V8 from Blueprint engines, rated at 400 horsepower and carries a 30 month/50k mile warranty that started on May 29, 2020. It's equipped with full-length exhaust headers and a black billet serpentine pulley system from March Performance. Power is transferred to the rear wheels through a recently rebuilt 700R4 automatic transmission from Phoenix Transmission products with a 36 month/50k mile warranty from the same date as the engine.
