OVERVIEW
This 2008 BMW M3 convertible has a color-matched power-retractable hardtop and is powered by a 4.0-liter S65 V8 paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. Equipment includes 19-inch forged aluminum wheels, iDrive infotainment, dual-zone automatic climate control, and a quad-outlet exhaust system. Finished in black over a tan leather interior, this E93 M3 is now offered with a CARFAX report and a clear Florida title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The black exterior features a color-matched power-retractable hardtop, adaptive xenon headlights, vented front fenders, and quad exhaust outlets.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Forged aluminum 19-inch Style 220 wheels are wrapped in Landgolden front and Michelin rear tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is fitted with power-adjustable tan leather sport seats up front and a bench in the rear. The dash is accented with glossy woodgrain trim. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, iDrive infotainment with navigation, cruise control, power windows, an AM/FM/CD sound system, and power door locks.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation consists of a 330-km/h speedometer, a 9K-rpm tachometer, fuel level and oil pressure gauges, and a multi-information display. The digital odometer reads 97,446 miles (~156,800 kilometers).
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The S65 4.0-liter V8 uses double-VANOS variable-valve timing and was rated at 414 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque when new. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. A vehicle inspection and service were carried out in 2020 at BMW of Sarasota, according to the CARFAX report.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Stopping power comes from power anti-lock disc brakes.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
This BMW was previously sold on AutoHunter, but it is being relisted after the buyer backed out of the transaction through no fault of the seller. The previous mileage discrepancies on the CARFAX report caused by errors in recording in both miles and kilometers have been resolved through CARFAX. The report shows minor damage to the rear passenger side in 2016.

The car will sell to the highest bidder. The odometer is accurate on the vehicle and has been corrected with Carfax. Should of never had it on there and Carfax quickly realized that and corrected it. Happy Bidding Folks and someone is getting a great car.

Throttle actuators were replaced in the last year and I have receipts. Again i dont know about any engine work from the prior owner. Motor is in great shape though.

Last of the late great V8's in my book. Naturally aspirated weekend driver that can also daily. Refresh me, was it the vanos or rods on some E9X's that had issues? And has this one had any engine work done? Thanks, all.
