This 1994 Chevrolet Corvette is finished in Admiral Blue over a gray leather interior and is powered by a 350ci LT1 V8 paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. The car was sold new in Florida and was subsequently relocated to New Jersey before making its way to Illinois in 2003, where it has remained since. Equipment includes electronic selective ride control, Bose audio system, and power-adjustable seats. Located in Burr Ridge, Illinois, this C4 Corvette is now offered by the selling dealer with a CARFAX report on a clean Illinois title.
The vehicle is finished in its factory shade of Admiral Blue and is one of 1,584 Admiral Blue cars for the 1994 model year. The body is characterized by signature pop-up headlamps, aero vents on the sides, and dual exhaust outlets with quad round taillamps at the rear. Corvette emblems are featured on the hood and gas filler door on the rear, just below the opening glass hatch. The black plastic chin spoiler shows signs of being scraped and CARFAX reports an accident in June of 2009 with no additional information provided
Factory cast aluminum wheels measure 17x8.5 in the front and 17x9.5 in the rear; they are mounted to Michelin tires on all four corners, 255/45 up front and 285/40 in the rear. The car is equipped with four-wheel power disc brakes and a traction-control system. The suspension features the optional electronic Selective Ride and Handling package, allowing the driver to switch through Touring, Sport, and Performance modes via a console-mounted dial.
The interior is fitted with gray leather bucket seats for both the driver and passenger with 16-way power adjustability. The seats are embroidered in contrast stitching with the Corvette logo, the outside upper bolster on the driver's seat shows signs of wear. The car is equipped with air conditioning, power windows, and a rear window defogger. It also has automatic climate control and its factory Delco-Bose audio system with AM/FM/CD/cassette source inputs. The steering wheel is wrapped in black leather, and the headliner is beginning to sag, as shown in the photo gallery.
Instrumentation includes a combination digital/analog gauge cluster with orange illumination and a 6k-rpm tachometer. There are additional gauges for fuel level, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and voltage. There is also a tire pressure warning system. The digital odometer reads 130k miles, which are original to the vehicle.
The 350ci 5.7-liter LT1 V8 is original to the vehicle and was factory rated at 300 horsepower and 340 lb-ft of torque. The engine is unmodified from stock and retains all its factory components. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission and console-mounted shifter.
