This 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser is finished in Solar Red with a white roof over a black leather interior and is powered by a 4.2-liter inline-6 paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. This pickup was the recipient of a professional frame-off restoration with several mechanical and cosmetic upgrades. Equipment includes custom suspension, modern air conditioning system, upgraded electronic ignition system, and aftermarket wheels. Located in Collierville, Tennessee, this FJ45 is now offered on a clean Tennessee title in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in Solar Red which is an original FJ color, and has a white roof with white accent lettering on the grille and the tailgate. The vehicle has been completely and professionally restored in 2018 by Toyoda Restaracione in Venezuela, specializing in vintage Toyota trucks. A custom roll bar installed was installed in the bed and black steel bumpers front and rear. The front bumper is equipped with a Dobinsons synthetic-rope remote-controlled electric winch, while additional equipment includes an ARB snorkel air intake and fog lamps in addition to the factory dual headlamps.
Aftermarket 16” Red Arrow wheels are mounted to Kapsen 285/75 tires on all four corners. The suspension has been upgraded with Dobinsons leaf springs and gas shocks. The braking system is power-assisted, with disc brakes up front and drums in the back. The vehicle is equipped with power steering as well.
The interior is fitted with custom upholstery in black leather with red accent piping on the bucket seats and door panels. An under-dash A/C system from Vintage Air was added, and a Pioneer AM/FM/CD head unit was installed. A center console with a storage compartment is mounted between the seats, and black rubber mats cover the floor. The dash face is finished in red, matching the truck's exterior with silver trim plates for the glovebox door and switchgear. A Grant four-spoke steering wheel is installed as well.
Instrumentation includes a 160-km/h speedometer as well as gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, and voltage. The five-digit odometer reads 418 km, which is since the completion of the restoration.
The 4.2L inline-6 engine is original to the truck and was fully rebuilt during the restoration. It resides in a restored engine bay with all components and hardware refinished and applicable stickers placed in the factory locations. An upgraded electronic ignition was installed as well as an ARB Snorkle intake at the time of restoration, while the rest of the engine and components are stock and unmodified. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a 4-speed manual transmission and a 2-speed transfer case with floor-mounted shift levers.
The underside was fully restored, with all components repainted or replated. Additional photos showing the underside are provided in the gallery.

@Blakec177 – Is there a reserve on this? ...
Yes sir. Please feel free to reach out to us with a phone call. 901-850-0507 We would love to speak with you about this one. This is the nicest restored FJ45 in the country. Its better than new as "Toyoda" put more time in this build than when new. Over the top attention to detail and it is as you see in the photos a true head turner. Possibilities are endless with this one as well. As it is new you can drive it anywhere you want and in any weather! Thanks Mack
