OVERVIEW
This 1956 Chevrolet Task Force truck is based on a 2000s-era Suburban 2500 chassis and is powered by a 6.0-liter LS V8 backed by a 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include Dakota Digital gauges, a new aftermarket climate control system, power steering, power front disc brakes, and a trailer hitch. Finished in a clearcoated multi-color patina over a brown vinyl and tan plaid cloth interior, this Chevrolet pickup is available now and comes from the selling dealer with a clear Tennessee title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior has a multi-color patina finish with a clearcoat. Features include a front bumper-mounted winch; dual mirrors; a tinted windshield, door, and rear glass; a stepside long bed pickup box with a wood plank floor; door and fender logos; and a trailer hitch. The selling dealer states that there is light rust on the body where the step meets the back of the bed. A walk-around video can be seen below.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of black 24-inch American Force wheels is wrapped in 40-inch Ironman All Country M/T radial tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The new bench seat is upholstered in brown vinyl and a tan plaid cloth seating area. Features include automatic headlights, power steering and brakes, manual windows, a tilt steering column with an automatic transmission shifter and a tow/haul button, a three-spoke aluminum steering wheel with a wood rim, cup holders, and a new climate control system.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A Dakota Digital HDX-series panel with an analog GPS-controlled 160-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, temperature, oil pressure, and voltage is located ahead of the driver. The digital odometer reads 80.7 miles, but the true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a tuned 6.0-liter LS V8 and backed by a tuned 4L80E four-speed automatic transmission and a shift-on-the-fly dual-range transfer case. Engine bay features include a Stage 2 Brian Tooley Racing No Springs Required camshaft, exhaust headers, an electric air conditioning compressor, a fresh air intake tube with a conical air filter, and a relocated engine management computer. The selling dealer states that an oil change was completed within the last few months.
UNDERCARRIAGE

Braking is provided by power front discs and rear drums. A full-length dual exhaust system exits at the rear. The selling dealer states that the front end is new and the chassis and drivetrain have 130,000 miles on them.
