EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior was refinished in metallic blue a year and a half ago. Features include newer chrome bumpers and window trim, a black grille with silver trim, a driver-side mirror, and wheel arch moldings.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of five-spoke American Racing wheels is wrapped in newer Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The front bench seat, rear seat, trim, and door panels are upholstered in newer white vinyl. Features include power steering, power brakes, manual windows, and a tilt steering column with an automatic transmission shifter. The seller states that a new headliner and new black carpeting have been installed.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer and a fuel gauge are located ahead of the driver. An aftermarket tachometer and a set of three auxiliary gauges are located under the dashboard. With 150 miles added during current ownership and 700 miles added since the engine was rebuilt, the odometer reads 84,690 miles. The true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a rebuilt 350ci V8 engine and backed by a TH400 three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include black valve covers, a black Chevrolet-branded air cleaner, tube exhaust headers, and an electronic ignition. This Chevelle was originally equipped with an air conditioning system, but it is currently disconnected.
UNDERCARRIAGE
Braking is provided by power front disc brakes and rear drums. A full-length dual exhaust system exits at the rear. A new fuel tank has been installed.
