This 1968 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 is finished in Ash Gold over a matching vinyl interior and is powered by a numbers-matching 302ci V8 paired with a Muncie 4-speed manual transmission. The car was originally delivered to Alan Green Chevrolet of Seattle, Washington and was acquired by the current owner in 2015. Equipment includes Z87 interior group, positraction rear axle, and special instrument package. Located in Morgan Hill, California, this Camaro is now offered with supporting documentation on a clean California title in the seller’s name.
The car is finished in its original color of Ash Gold (G-G) and has been fully restored. Dual black stripes run across the hood and decklid, and Z/28 badging is found on the fenders. All chrome and trim are in good condition, including the front & rear bumpers, grille, and taillight surrounds. A factory lip spoiler is mounted on the decklid, while a plastic chin spoiler is located under the front bumper.
Factory steel 15” Rallye wheels with chrome center caps and trim rings are mounted to 255/60 BF Goodrich Radial T/A raised-white letter tires on all four corners. The car is equipped with power disc brakes.
The interior is fitted with gold bucket seats with matching carpeting, door panels, and is equipped with an optional center console. Factory-spec tinted glass, woodgrain trim, and AM/FM radio were configured originally as part of the custom interior package when new. Protective rubber floor mats in matching gold are in place over the carpet. The trunk contains the factory Firestone spare along with associated jack equipment.
Instrumentation is framed by a three-spoke steering wheel and includes a 120-mph speedometer as well as a 7k-rpm tachometer with an analog clock. There are also gauges for oil pressure, voltage, fuel level, and coolant temperature. The 5-digit odometer reads 40k miles, though true mileage is unknown.
The numbers-matching 302ci Turbo-Fire V8 was factory rated at 290 horsepower. The engine retains many factory-correct components such as the air cleaner, chrome valve covers, aluminum intake manifold, and cast exhaust manifolds. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a Muncie 4-speed close-ratio manual transmission with a positraction rear end with 4.10 gears.

The included reproduction window sticker shows a vehicle MSRP of $4,004 including options and accessories. The sale includes an owner’s manual and other factory documentation.
