OVERVIEW
This 1966 Ford Bronco 4x4 is powered by a 3.9-liter Cummins inline-four diesel engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Equipment includes 33-inch Falken tires, Warn locking front hubs, Fox shocks, and a color-matched removable hardtop. Finished in black over a black leather interior, this first-generation Bronco is now offered by the selling dealer with a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The reportedly rust-free body and the removable hardtop were recently refinished in black. Exterior features include chrome bumpers, dual mirrors, and Bronco Sport badging.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
Aluminum 15-inch wheels are wrapped in new 33" x 12.5" Falken Wildpeak A/T tires.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cabin is furnished with black leather bucket seats up front and a black leather bench in the rear, all matched to the door panels, dash, and replacement carpeting. Features include a tubular roll cage, a passenger-side grab handle, and a Tuffy glove compartment.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer and factory gauges for the fuel level and coolant temperature. An aftermarket voltage gauge is mounted to the dash; under-dash instruments show the coolant temperature and oil pressure. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 65,555 miles, but the true mileage on the chassis is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 4BT 3.9-liter Cummins inline-four diesel engine has been upgraded with an electric cooling fan. Power is sent to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, Warn locking front hubs, and a 10-bolt rear end.
UNDERCARRIAGE
The suspension is equipped with Fox shock absorbers.
