OVERVIEW
This rotisserie-restored 1965 Chevrolet C10 is powered by a 406ci V8 engine backed by a TH350 three-speed transmission. Features include a narrowed Quick Performance Ford nine-inch rear axle with Mickey Thompson Pro rear tires, power steering, front disc brakes, Ridetech tubular rear control arms with coil over shocks, a new aftermarket updated wiring harness, new chrome bumpers and a grill, bucket seats, and a tilt steering column. Finished in light green with gray cloth interior, this rust-free C10 is available now and comes from the selling dealer with full documentation of the restoration and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
During the restoration in the Fall of 2022, the exterior was finished in light green. Features include new chrome bumpers and grille, V8 flag emblems, a driver’s rearview mirror, a short step side pickup box, a wood bed floor, color-matched wide rear wheel wells, and white accent tailgate lettering. EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of new aluminum five-spoke wheels is wrapped in new 165/SR15 Michelin radial tires on the front and new 28” x 10.50” Mickey Thompson Sportsman Pro radial tires on the rear.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The cab interior is equipped with updated late-model bucket seats newly upholstered in gray vinyl with gray cloth seating areas. Features include power steering, manual brakes and windows, a center console with an automatic transmission shifter, a center console with a storage compartment and cup holders, a tilt steering column, a new fuel tank and lines, a two-spoke aluminum steering wheel with a gray grip, a heater and radio delete, and green finished metal surfaces.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A set of Intellitronix gauges with analog read outs for a 160-mph speedometer, an 8K-rpm tachometer, and gauges for the fuel level, temperature, oil, and voltage are located ahead of the driver. The odometer reads 35 miles which the selling dealer states is the mileage since the rotisserie restoration. The true mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 406ci V8 engine backed by a TH350 three-speed transmission with a 2800-rpm stall converter. Engine bay features include chrome valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, an Edelbrock four-barrel AVS2 carburetor, an HEI ignition, a chrome air cleaner, a chrome alternator, tube exhaust headers, a green firewall, black inner fenders, and an aluminum radiator.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Chevrolet is equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid Ford nine-inch thirty-one spline rear drive axle with Posi-traction and 3.07:1 gears from Quick Performance. A Ridetech tubular rear trailing arm kit and coil overs have been installed. The selling dealer states that the frame and suspension components have been coated in black POR15. Braking is provided by manual front discs and rear drums. A new dual exhaust system exits at the rear. Additional photos of the undercarriage can be found in the carousel to the right.
