OVERVIEW
This seven-passenger 1991 GMC Suburban 1500 SLE full-size sport utility vehicle was customized with limousine-style interior appointments including wood cabinetry, a raised fiberglass roof, accent lighting, and a sound system. It is powered by a 5.7-liter V8 coupled with a four-speed automatic transmission. Finished in metallic light blue over a blue cloth interior, this two-wheel-drive Suburban is now offered with a CARFAX report and a rebuilt title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The light blue body was reportedly outfitted by a specialty facility named Tiara Coachworks with a color-matched fiberglass raised roof. Exterior features include a black brush guard and grille, quad headlights, aluminum running boards, and color-keyed side mirror caps. The seller notes bubbling above the rear barn-style doors and fading paint on the fiberglass roof.
EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES
The 15-inch body-color GM truck rally wheels with polished trim rings are wrapped in Yokohama Geolandar H/T tires that were replaced in 2022.
INTERIOR – FEATURES
The seven-passenger interior is furnished with blue cloth captain’s chairs for the first and second rows, a bench in the third row, and matching materials for the door panels, dash, center console, and carpeting. The cabin is accented with woodgrain trim. Amenities include power windows, locks, and mirrors; a power driver's seat; a second-row cup holder pedestal; dome lighting; wood cabinetry; tinted windows; and a sound system with third-row headphone jacks.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
Instrumentation includes an 85-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 150,476 miles, but the true mileage on the chassis is unknown. The CARFAX report shows the most recent mileage figure of 150,475 was recorded in 2014.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The 5.7-liter V8 transfers power to the rear wheels via a column-shifted four-speed automatic transmission.
