OVERVIEW
This frame-off-restored 1966 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova is powered by a rebuilt 283cid V8 backed by a rebuilt four-speed manual transmission. Features include bucket seats, an 8-track tape player, a vintage-look AM/FM stereo, a center console, a sport steering wheel, and SS emblems. Finished in red over a black vinyl interior, this Nova comes with a clear title in the seller's name.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
During the restoration completed two years ago, the exterior was finished in red. Features include chrome bumpers, rocker and wheel well trim, dual mirrors, SS emblems, and trunk trim.
EXTERIOR - WHEELS AND TIRES
A set of 14-inch silver and black five-spoke wheels is wrapped in P215/70R14 Telstar Turbostar G/T radial tires.
IINTERIOR – FEATURES
The bucket seats, rear seat, rear trim, and door panels are upholstered in black vinyl. Features include manual steering and windows, a center console-mounted automatic transmission shifter, a vintage-look AM/FM stereo, an 8-track tape player, lap belts, and a three-spoke steering wheel with a black grip.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer and a fuel level gauge are located ahead of the driver. An aftermarket water temperature gauge is mounted inside the glove box. The odometer reads 70,100 miles, which the seller reports to be accurate.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Power is provided by a 283cid V8 and backed by a four-speed manual transmission, both of which were rebuilt two years ago. Engine bay features include chrome valve covers, an aluminum intake manifold, a four-barrel carburetor, a chrome dual-snorkel air cleaner housing, and an aluminum radiator.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Nova was factory-equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle. Braking is provided by four-wheel manual drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear.
