This 1988 Ford Mustang GT convertible is an Oxford White Florida car from new and is largely original and unrestored. Power comes from a recently tuned 5.0L V8 mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The factory red cloth interior and white top are original, and the car was garage-kept under previous ownership. and was acquired by the seller in 2020. This third-generation GT was acquired by the seller in 2020 and is offered with the owner's manual, service records, and a clear Florida title.
The body is finished in Oxford White with red pinstriping and was repainted under previous ownership, according to the seller. The white convertible top appears original, and photos do show some discoloration. A factory body kit includes the front air dam with integrated fog lights, side skirts, and rear air dam.
15" alloy wheels are wrapped with 225/60 Dunlop Sport 5000 tires. Photos of wheels show wear in the form of some chipping and discoloration.
The interior is trimmed in red cloth with matching lower dash, center armrest cubby, door panels, and carpeting, while the gauge cluster, center console, shifter, and emergency brake lever are clad in black. Detailed gallery photos show the condition in close-up.
The car is equipped with power windows and locks, cruise control, and a factory AM/FM cassette radio. The five-digit odometer is reported to show approximately 28,500 miles, with 1,000 added during the seller's six-month ownership.
Power is provided by a Ford Windsor 5.0-liter V8 paired with a BorgWarner T-50 5-speed manual, both of which are original to the car. A tune-up was performed within the past two months.

I owned the exact car in '88 except my interior was white/red leather- it was a blast of a car. Dont remember any issues either . Although it has no stability when the road is slick or if you have a heavy foot - so hang on ! Enjoy the ride~~~

TrixieRacer I have uploaded all the maintenance records that were given to me,(pics should come up shortly)the car was own by the same person till 2020, when second owner acquire and passed all the records that I posted , I have found the fox body that I been looking for(93 cobra) that’s the reason why am selling, there is a reserve on the car because I now how hard it is to find a Stang in this condition and almost 90% factory original the car is strong all the way around!
MannyF...would you please post pics of the service records for the car. The Carfax shows a single oil change, so knowing more about the maintenance of the car would be great information. And just to ask...why are you selling after a short ownership? Thank you!

With the top down sorry to say not really,with the top up there is room for a couple mid size luggage and a cooler lol

Not at all car runs great during the summer and the ac compressor was replaced( it blows ice cold)
