This 1965 Chevrolet C10 was acquired by the seller five years ago and has since undergone a partial restoration. The truck is now finished in two-tone burgundy and white over a gray interior and powered by a built 5.7-liter Generation II LT1 V8 paired with an automatic transmission. Equipment includes wide-whitewall tires, disc brakes, and a modern stereo system. This C10 is currently located in Beamsville, Ontario and is offered on a clean Ontario registration in the seller’s name.
The truck is finished in two-tone burgundy with a white cab, and it has chrome accents for the front & rear bumpers, grille, and side-view mirrors. The fuel tank has been relocated to underneath the bed, and the filler cap is housed within the bed. All hardware for the tailgate has been replaced, and new door seals were installed, along with custom side-view mirrors. New wood planks are installed in the bed with polished locking strips and hardware.
Factory black-painted 15” steel wheels are mounted to wide-whitewall tires on all four corners. The braking system has been upgraded with discs, and the suspension has been upgraded with Ridetech components.
The interior is fitted with black carpeting and a contrasting white metal dash, along with a gray and white cloth bench seat, which has been reupholstered. An air conditioning system from Vintage Air was added. The factory radio was upgraded with a modern AM/FM stereo head unit with Bluetooth connectivity and speakers mounted to the kick panels. The steering wheel is three spokes with a chrome inner horn, and the transmission shift lever is column-mounted.
Instrumentation includes a 100-mph speedometer along with accompanying gauges for coolant temperature, fuel level, and a warning light for voltage. The 5-digit odometer reads 9k miles; true mileage on the vehicle is unknown.
The Gen II 5.7L LT1 V8 has been professionally built and upgraded to produce 420 horsepower. The engine bay has been fully painted to match the exterior along with the factory LT1 engine cover. Power is sent to the rear wheels through an automatic transmission.
