@Pete1313 – The Bel Air did not have the post, correct. The 210 did in 1955. What condition is the exterior trim and steal in? Its hard to see from the photos... The kick panels and interior rug, what condition are they in? Is the manual steering system still there or has it been replaced with a modern system and/or front suspension/steering components? Any signs of a wreak on the frame, welds, etc ? Any rust spots on the frame or undercarriage of the car or is it a dry car? Thanks, Peter Cabrera ...
The '55 Bel Air came in 4 different 2-door configurations, convertible, 2 door hardtop (no post), Nomad, and (like this one) 2 door sedan (post). This car's VIN starts with "VC" meaning that it was originally a V8 car and is a Bel Air. A 210 would've started with VB or just B (and a 150 would've been VA or A). The car does not appear to have suffered any major accidents and comes to us from a warm, dry climate. Suspension and steering is in its stock configuration. As for condition, we'd be more than happy to do a FaceTime call with you to walk over the car. Give us a call at 763-428-7337 to discuss!
