OVERVIEW
This 1968 Plymouth Sport Satellite is powered by a 408cid V8 stroker engine equipped with a Six Pack induction system and backed by a TorqueFlite 727 three-speed automatic transmission. Features include power steering, front disc brakes, CalTracs traction bars, an MSD electronic ignition, and tinted windows. Finished in Electric Blue Metallic over a Blue vinyl interior, this Plymouth comes from the selling dealer with an uninstalled Sure-Grip rear end with 3.91:1 gears and a clear title.
EXTERIOR – FEATURES
The exterior has been refinished in the original color of Electric Blue Metallic (code Q). Features include chrome bumpers, 383 hood emblems, a fender-mounted antenna, Road Runner decals, a driver-side mirror, and tinted glass. A walk-around video can be seen below.

INTERIOR – FEATURES
The front bucket seats, rear seat, rear trim, and door panels are upholstered in Blue vinyl (code P6B). Features include manual windows, power steering, a three-spoke steering wheel with a wood rim, a center console-mounted manual transmission shifter, and a digital AM/FM stereo with a remote.
INTERIOR – GAUGES
A 120-mph speedometer and gauges for the fuel level, coolant temperature, generator, and oil pressure are located ahead of the driver. An AutoMeter 8,000-rpm tachometer is mounted to the steering column. The odometer reads 29,248 miles, but the actual mileage on this vehicle is unknown.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Originally built with a 318cid V8, this Sport Satellite is currently powered by a 408cid V8 stroker engine backed by a TorqueFlite 727 three-speed automatic transmission. Engine bay features include chrome valve covers, an aluminum Six Pack intake manifold and carburetors, an air cleaner with a Coyote Duster decal, and an MSD ignition.
UNDERCARRIAGE
This Plymouth is equipped with an independent front suspension and a solid rear drive axle with 2.91:1 gears. Braking is provided by upgraded drilled and slotted manual front discs and rear drums. A dual exhaust system exits at the rear. Calvert Racing CalTracs traction bars and Hotchkis sway bars have been added.

@Steve6979 – In the first part of your description of this beautiful car you state that it has 3.91:1 years in the rear axle. Later in the car description, you state that it has 2.91:1 gears. I remember trucks with two speed rear axle ratios, but not cars unless they have an overdrive unit on the driveshaft. So, which gear ratio is actually in the car? Thanks for taking my comment. ...
Sorry for the confusion. The car currently has 2:91 gears installed, but we are including a Sure-Grip rear end with 3.91 gears with the sale. The previous owner took the 3:91 gears out to make the car more drivable on the highway.
