1988 LAND ROVER DEFENDER 110 5-SPEED

OVERVIEW

This modified 1988 Land Rover Defender 110 4x4 four-door sport utility vehicle was imported from outside of the United States and has a Project Kahn body kit, a newly serviced air conditioning system, gloss-black 18-inch wheels, and custom upholstery. It is powered by a gas 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Finished in blue over a white vinyl interior, this Defender is now offered by the selling dealer with a clear title.

EXTERIOR – FEATURES

The exterior was repainted in a tri-tone color palette of blue, black, and white three years ago. The selling dealer gives the paint condition a 7/10 rating. Features include LED lighting, a Project Kahn body kit, mud flaps, fender flares, tubular side steps, a dual exhaust system, and a swing-away spare tire at the rear.

EXTERIOR – WHEELS AND TIRES

Gloss black 18-inch wheels are wrapped in 285/70 Toyo Open Country M/T tires at all four corners.

INTERIOR – FEATURES

The interior was customized with new white vinyl upholstery and blue contrast stitching for the front buckets and rear bench, matched to the door panels and dash pad. Features include newly serviced air conditioning, front shoulder belts, manual-crank windows, tinted windows, and textured flooring.

INTERIOR – GAUGES

Instrumentation includes a speedometer and gauges showing the coolant temperature, fuel level, and voltage. The six-digit mechanical odometer reads 60,000 miles, but the true mileage on the chassis is unknown.

ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION

The gas 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine transfers power to all four wheels via a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.

UNDERCARRIAGE

The brakes have been replaced recently, according to the dealer.
